If you mean the beach in front of the H10 hotel, I'd say it's about a 15-20 minute walk.
Just measured it on Google Earth and it reckons just over 1 mile, so that's about right !!

hi crockett, thanks for your reply not sure about h10 hotel only walked as far as varerdero cc, if i walk past the varedero cc with it on my right and carry on walking that will take me to meloneres is that right.
If the Varadero is the one with the round Fund Grube outside, then yes, walk past with that on your right and the beach is about 10-15 minutes beyond.
