Just in case of any confusion, that article relates to the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) in Australia.

But it should perhaps serve as a reminder that the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) in this country has advised for some time against carrying electronic devices in hold luggage which contain lithium or lithium ion cells or batteries, such as watches, cameras, phones, laptops, camcorders, etc:
