Hi, a nice hotel we've stayed in before in Paris is:
California Paris Champs-Elysees
Its literally minutes from the Champs-Elysees and obviously outside of disneyland. It can get a little booked up so you need to book early. However, the staff were very friendly and the location was perfect for us coming in from the Eurostar.
