Hy all,
We are off to Benalmedina next year and as our apartments are not that centrally located I was thinking of hiring a car but am slightly put off by parking arangements,i.e don't want to be circling around looking for a parking spot,could someone please tell me what the parking is like in Benalmedina especially arond the marina area,do you have to pay? and because my father in law has mobility problems would his blue badge be valid for Spain?.Thanks

Check out this link . It tells you where the Blue Badge scheme applies, and apparantly it does apply in European union countries.
Benalmadena has lots of on street and paid parking areas. If you use a paid car park, then you'll have easier access as opposed to going round in circles.
