Depending on how and when your travelling, from Faro to Alvor can take between one and two hours.

Although I haven't stayed in these apartments, I have visited them. They are relatively new, have a nice swimming pool and appeared to be well furnished. They are part of the Pestana Group which in my opinion are an excellent group (we stay at the Delfim Hotel in Alvor).

The apartments are set back from the beach, about a 10-15 minute walk and a similar walk into town.

Alvor is a lovely, quiet place and one of our favourites, hope you enjoy it.
