Not sure about the apartments, But we had a really good holiday in scala would recomend it.
Ive been to Skala twice, first time in 2001 staying at the poseidon. Skala is lovely, lots of greek restuarants (some fanstastic, try the one on the left by the church), nice beach etc. The Poseidon apartment was nice, but watch out for the owner if you buy your water from anyone else but her, she's scarey
