I booked in may, flights,hotel and transfer with the above to fly to lanzarote on 19 th Sept,i have contacted the above to ask where are my flight tickets,i have vouchers for the hotel and transfers but the tickets for flight should have been posted to me.Apparently Thomson the flight carrier say they have posted them to sec trav but sec trav have not recieved them,and if they do not arrive Monday 10th i will have to collect from the airport on day of departure.This worries me as the flight leaves at 08.15 and sec trav dont open till 09.00 and if thers a snag ,im up the creek!! Any Ideas??
Will sec trav issue me with a tui referance so i can get the tickets??

the ticket desks at the airport usualy open at 6am
If you have to pick them up at the airport, Security Travel should be able to give you a TOD Letter (Ticket on departure) or at least a reference for you to quote at the Thomson Desk.
