Voyages Jules Verne. A £600 (each, for one week!) holiday that was awful. They use the Park Hotel Silemi. Seaview room not available. We had a dark NW facing room, no balcony, no sun at any time. There was building work under our window starting at 7 am. The food was poor; boring and very little choice. The pool (opens 9 - 6) surround is tatty. The hotel in need of exterior renovation. It poses as a 4 star hotel and perhaps once was. No longer. Voyages Jules Verne couldn't care less about our welfare or opinion. I strongly advise anyone NOT to go to this hotel or use Voyages Jules Verne. Sicily is lovely - got to Etna, stay in Taormina, but DO NOT Touch this crappy hotel eight km N of Taormina.
