The duty free in Ibiza Airport sell cigrettes, although you of course can't buy it at duty free prices anymore thanks to the EU.

However many people say that cigrettes are cheaper outside of the airport. They can be bought in Tabac shops, which usually have a brown sign or from machines in bars and such. I *think* you are unable to purchase them in general shops.

Ibiza is a funny place for Sunday shopping, in the heavy tourist areas you will probably find a good selection of shops open, but Ibiza is also a very religous place and so many shops used mainly by the year round inhabitants of the island do stay closed on a Sunday. Santa Eulalia's shopping for example is particually shut down on a Sunday.

Also remember the siesta. Many shops are shut for an extended amount of time in the middle of the day on all days of the week.
