We had the unfortunate taxi ride in Marrakesh, the taxi driver was shown a card with the hotel name in English and it soon dawn on us he didn't have a idea were he was taking us and driving in the wrong direction and after him asking more Moroccans he still didn't and we had to keep on at him to let us out and walk.I think a good idea would be to ask at reception in you hotel to write the name down in Arabic
