Ferry trips to Es Cana,Ibiza Town,Calla Llonga,Formentera.

Just go along and buy a ticket where the ferry boats are just before you want to go.They cant be booked through the reps.

take a day out in playa den bossa (waterpark).you can get a bus to es cana 5 mins away.day on the beach there say.or get a bus 41 to cala longa.again just down the road.both good for beaches to enjoy.

or all 3 you can get a ferry boat to.pdb you will have to get off and jump on a smaller boat when you get to ibiza port.then round the bay to pdb.nice views.

the ferry is 9euros return that was from es cana to santa eul not much diffrence in price to the rest of the resorts only takes about 1/2 hour .

The catamaran trip to Formentera is a good day out. Just be sure to take everything you need for the day if you are planning on getting off at Ses Illetes for a day on the beautiful beach there. A few years ago it was declared a nature reserve or something like that. This meant they had to limit the number of beach beds and parasols available.

So, whereas you used to be able to take the trip over from Santa Eulalia or Cala Llonga and find a spot with spare beds, this is no longer the case in high season. We arrived there two years ago, unaware of the change, and had only towels to lie on and no parasols. The sun rreally bakes on the beach at Ses Illetes, so a parasol is a must unless you are a complete sun-worshiper.

You should also take a cool-bag with drinks and sandwiches, as there are only two small bar-restaurants at the beach and, with that kind of monopoly, they charge silly prices for even basics such as bottled water.

Don't let any of that put you off though. It's a great day out as long as you go prepared.
