We've been to Goa for the past ten years, staying at either the Highland Beach or Phoenix Park. Next year we are looking at a private epartment rental near the Victor Exotica. Could anyone let me know where this hotel is, as the maps ive seen vary, some say beach road, some by the chapel and some by the Taj!

On the road towards the Taj & Kingfisher Villa, just a bit past the road down to Whispering Palms & The Bistro.
Victor Exotica is exactly opposite Acron Arcade.

It's also quite close to the Stonehouse restaurant, on the same side of the road.

We usually go to Sioras paradise shack which is by Whispering Palms, and then for drinks at Tiger Trail and dinner at Floyds or Cactus, so is probably a good location for us

there are also private appartments behind the victor exotica in the sunshine park.be carefull these are not the ones you are looking at. regal palms is mostly owners only.
