We stayed in the Royal Park Elenite. The food was the worst i have ever seen, the location is well away from any where. The staff were the most rudest people i have come across. No entertainment what so ever.

Well, - Some people want something for nothing!!
As soon as we got off the coach I could not believe the place, a palace in my opinion. A lovely marbled entrance, and very pleasing reception. The rooms were very good, it must be remembered that the hotel is brand new so obviously their will be teething troubles. I have never heard so many people swearing at the staff, completly over the top. OK so the self service on the ground floor of the hotel could have the food hot instead of warm, apart from that I really can not see what the problem with the Royal Park Hotel is.
I would also like to say that for us, the staff treated us with total respect and really made our stay a pleasureable one. If you treat people right you get the same in return. This is probably why we got looked after so well. I am just gutted that I was only there for a week and not two!
Bulgarians are very friendly people, and most speak reasonable English.

Got back early tuesday morning, had a fantastic holiday!!!
All I can say is if people moan about this place, they are insatiable. They probably wanted a little hand to appear after going to the toilet to wipe their backsides or something!!!
Everything is here for a reasonable all inclusive hotel. The food is not the greatest, but what do you expect for a buffet dinner that is mass produced??? Your not going to get gorden ramsey style food are you? It WASN'T cold, it was very much edible. It wasn't the nicest but as I said, it is a effectively a buffet and was acceptable. None of the food I had was raw.
As for drinks, yes by the pool you do have to drink from a plastic cup. But what would you prefer, drinking from plastic cups of having the risk of broken glass around the pool area???
Entertainment - again not the greatest. But acceptable. The reps do a good job of trying to entertain the guests, and the kids love doing the cha cha slide everynight (ckeck out the lanky kids rep doing this. very funny, posibly has the longest arms in the world!!).
The animation hall is like a tennagers disco every night, and the nightclub is a bit of a joke, so didn't really go here.
The reception area and recpetion bar is constatly being cleaned, was immaculate all week whilst we were there.
Room was superb, only proplem was phone wasn't working. good size and well equipt. Absolutly no complaints on the room front.
Yes area's have been bodged up for the opening this year. But It won't affect your holiday unless you make it affect your holiday, as they are minor things that are not essential for your holiday other than appearence.
If you fail to have a good holiday here, it will be down to yourselves and I have no pity for you.

Just back from a great holiday hotel is very clean good choice of food four restraunts to go to. The pool is fantastic, the beach is lovely.
Hotdogs, pizza, ice lollys & ice cream all day.
Best rooms i have stayed in.
Entertainment could have been better at night.
Water sports were great.
Lots off birds nest at the royal bay hotel i just hope they stop this going on at royal park cos i would love to go back next year for 2 weeks the weather was in its 90s all week fantastic holiday

We flew out to the Royal Park on the 28th of June, I had been on another website like this one and read through the comments and to be honest with you we weren't looking forward to the holiday. We had also received a letter from First Choice saying that there was still minor work being carried out and also received a refund of 25% of the cost of the holiday.
I think we have been lucky as we didn't witness any of the problems the other holiday makers have, the work that was being carried out was only very minor although you could tell that there had been a few problems with the attitude of the staff on reception (not very friendly). The bar staff and cleaners were excellent.
The food in the buffet restaurant was mostly okay there was just a couple of nights when it was below standard but it is only a buffet and they are catering for over a thousand people.
There was entertainment every night for the kids, and jumping jules(you can't miss him), well we were all impressed with his dancing, very funny! The Irish bar opened on the second week of our holiday and it is very nice. The reps. well we only had dealings with them on one occasion when our eldest daughter got earache, Jason took us to the doctor on sight and he was a great help.

We travelled on the 28/06/04 heard all the reports about the hotel worrying especially when they gave us 25% back, and read the write up in The Sun paper. The hotel was great not fininshed, the food was alright, but there are another 3 restaurants you can go into if you want. Ice creams,lollies, hotdogs pizza and biscuits on everyday and lovely. It is a very good location you can go into Sunny beach by taxi or by the bus or just stay round the 4 pools and relax, or theres the beach with its free pedloes. It was that good we are going back next year there will be only one disappointment we won't be getting 25% back. GET YOURSELF THERE EVERYONE

We stayed in the Royal Park Elinete, flew in in 28th June. We too was expecting the worst, but when we got there the hotel,staff, First Choice reps, room was fantastic. Most of the problems had been sorted, there were a little building work going on, but no distruption to the holiday at all. we are very lucky and go on up to 3 hols a year, we stayed in a top hotel in Brazil last year paying nearly

arrived 14/6 wot a nightmare worst holiday ive ever had, staff were rude, food was disgusting, if we'd have wanted to go to a buildin site we could have done that at home!! rooms were not finished the ones that were supposed to be were damp. they had to break my door down as key wouldnt work then took 22 hrs to fix it, entertainment was rubbish i wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy

Royal Park will be brilliant hotel in 2005 we made our own entertainment last year. Not as good as sunny beach. Have stayed in flamingo Oasis Benidorm, I reckon this hotel will be as good this year.
It wasn't complete when we were there but enjoyed it just the same enjoy the beer is good.

All inclusive yes, but incomplete and facilities bare minimum, went to Sunny Beach for shopping and a decent hot meal. Everything there either not finihed or sealed off from the punters (Irish Bar etc).
Staff, sack the lot including Manager and all his Security Guards who seemed hell bent on making life difficult!!!!!!.
Entertanment good if you could get a seat in Animation Complex. The Bar Staff in Foyer did there best especially young lass but even she could not work miracles. The outside Pool Bar it was absolutely pouring it down yet they refused point blank to assist in doors as it was not there bar so they spent the night under an umbrella. Beer, snacks and plastic glasses just great, when they had some.
Yes we have been offered 50% Discount as First Choice put it. The date 13 07 04 still heard nothing as yet. But we flew in on 14 06 04, yet people who came in on 21 06 04 offered the same, people on 28 06 04 offered 25% from the Companay that assured my Travel Agent the Hotel was open from 07 06 04. First Choice is a fine reputable Company but they got it badly wrong this time.
