This hotel had the potential to be excellent. Ideal location with lovely beach and fantastic entertainments staff. Pool superb with lots of sunbeds. Major mosquito problem in this resort - take tons of good quality repellant!!!! They really do annoy, even when sitting by the pool during day. The hotel did spray occasionally but needs more. The resteraunt staff were good, especially if you tip $1 or $2 every meal and sit in the same place. The food was very poor and certain items scarse, especially salad items. Many complaints from all guests about food and manager did act concerned. Food really good on senior Sol management visit but bad again next day. Suggest take T-bags unless you like scented tea. Rooms clean and maid did excellent job especially with bed decorations. If they could sort out mosquitos and food this would be a superb holiday.

All inclusive at this hotel means you get two bottles of water in your fridge on arrival if you want more you have to buy it.
The rooms were not very clean at all we had cockroaches in ours as other people did who we spoke to.
The dining room was not very clean the table cloths were not changed at all while we were there they just turned them over every other day.
The hotel location is a couple of minutes walk to the beach which was the best part of the holiday. The swimming pools were OK apart from that not much to do.
The hotel staff were friendly but overworked they did their best but could not please everyone at the same time. Again the entertainment team did their best.

This hotel definitely not four star. It was not very clean the same tablecloths were used every day during our stay.
The location was good if you like the beach apart from that not much else to do although the entertainment team did try.
The hotel staff were friendly but they had their hands full trying to please everyone. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless they like cockroaches and mozzies which were a huge problem.
I certainly would not travel with Thomas cook again

Excellent hotel, stunning picturebook beach.
Trip from airport was the only drawback - 3 hours.
Would highly recommend.
