This hotel is one of the best I have ever stayed in. Everything is immaculately clean and well kept.

The grounds are beautiful and well laid out. There are many sun loungers situated around the many pools. All are comfy with thick mattresses single and double and many have shade. The staff cannot do enough to help you and are all friendly.

The nearest beach is a 10 minute walk or you can get the free shuttle bus. Fantastic choice of all different foods within a choice of 5/6 restaurants and areas where they cook fresh pizzas to order and evening BBQ’s. You do not really need to go outside the hotel as it has everything you need.

There is a spinneys supermarket again a 5 minute walk and other shops and eating places and a cinema, paintball go karts, kids indoor play area.

This hotel is situated in the desert with 1 hotel next door the rest are all spaced out the same. You do not really need to venture outside as it has everything you need in the hotel grounds. Fantastic water park, shops, pharmacy, doctors, fabulous spa with treatments the best I have ever experienced.

Within a few miles drive are excursions to go diving, snorkelling or safari experience on quad bikes.

Luxor is a worthwhile trip as well.

The hotel is very spacious and clean. All rooms are in a bungalow, most with access to a private pool -water is freezing cold. Please use the fly killer provided in your room, as the mosquitoes come out in force at night. Myself and daughter received over 100 bites on our first night, and flies are everywhere.
The aqua park is excellent with heated pools, lazy river and numerous water slides.
There are 5 main restaurants, offering basically the same every night, a bit repetitive, but we never went hungry. There is alsoan open air pizza bar, where you choose what you want and it is cooked in front of you.
All staff we found to be very friendly and helpful.
Reps forthe spa couldbe a bit annoying, as you constantly get hassled when you arrive first, but this seems to be the culture in Egypt......Shopping is an experience lol,but dont forget to haggle.
Entertainment is very low key, and not the best I have experienced.
Having said all that, would I return......Yes/maybe the kids enjoyed it, especially the water park

hotel was lovely, clean bright and the rooms were huge we had 2 large twin beds and a annex with a large single and a large bunk bed in.the bathroom was huge too with a walk in shower a bit like a wet room.
there are 4 resturants we found the med and the viking ones the best, food was nice but more aimed at the germans and russians that were staying there!!
the waterpark was great loads of slides and the staff were always helpful finding you a sunlounger ect.
the only fault with the hotel was there was not enough british holidaymakers and the entertainment was mostly in german, but luckly we had two english movie channels on the tv in our room.
the staff really made our holiday they were all so lovely and could'nt do enough for you. we especially liked akmed, nagey, mambo and mohhamed in the recption jungel bar and george who own's one of the shops on site.we would def go back to this hotel but maybe in a few years time if there were more british there.

We've just returned home after spending 2 weeks at jungle aqua park. We were supposed to be staying at albatros gardens but on arriving were told they over booked us and were sending us to their new hotel and that it's much better than this one as its got better waterslides and were told it had 20 slides and wave pool. We were bit sceptical as we'd read reviews prior to going how at albatros sometimes sent people to crappy hotels. Anyway we went along to see what hotel was like and if not happy we would return.

We arrived and were pleasantly surprised by hotel we got there at about 11 pm and hotel disco was in full swing wanted to stay but went to look at our rooms and were very happy with it. Tho was quite a walk from water park we got it changed so was closer. Most apartments got shared pool outside rooms there's 5 restaurants food is nice and outside pizza oven thing order and watch your pizza being cooked.

The pool outside is massive with bridges and little islands and spa pools also.

The staff are all very friendly and will help you out if needed. Not many English families there tho by end of our holiday more were arriving.

We took dollars for tipping and lots of staff wanted us to take there
