I am totally disgusted with the accommodation. My parents booked to stay for three nights and had informed the owners of the b&b that they would be arriving late on the first night. They were told that a key would be left for them to let themselves in.
My parents run a successful business and had to work before traveling down, which took them approximately 7 hours in the car. They arrived between half nine and ten and the owner of the b&b was appalled that they had arrived this late and refused to let them stay. I'm shocked that anyone would behave in this way, and that someone who's business is based on hospitality could be so immoral.

This little B & B was absolutely fantastic. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and the garden was superb. Even toiletries were supplied different ones for men, women & children.
The breakfast was enormous enough to keep you going until the evening meal.
It was superbly located for easy access to Longleat (6 miles) and within 5 minutes walking distance of a pub which served evening meals.
Carmen the hostess was fantastic. We had a car accident on the way down & she even offered us the use of her jeep to go to Longleat.
We will definitely be going back.
