This family run accommodation is pleasantly located on the hill above Malia's Old Village, on the outskirts of town. Offering a peaceful location within 15 minute's walking distance of bars and tavernas of the Old Village, 20 minutes walk to the lively resort center.

. the apartment me and my husband stayed in for 14 days was appalling.there was ants in the rooms,there was a piece of black masking tape on our balcony window i presume this was so the pane of glass did not fall out! when we arrived back late one evening we put the light on in our apartment and there was sparks coming out of the socket.Also the fridge was like something out of Heartbeat,circa1960 it only had one shelf and was rusty!!!After a week my husband and i complained that our bed linen and towels had not been changed also the shower was broken you had to hold it in your hand because the fitting on the wall had broken!The thing that annoyed me the most was the ants they were everywhere in the kitchen,bedroom,in the bed!in the bathroom there was a cabinet which lit up one bulb was missing no cover water & electric! very dangerous!i must stress this is the worst accomodation i have ever stayed in! the staff were very nice yannis who ran the bar was a lovely chap his dad was nice .it could be a very nice place if it was properly maintained! my advice to potential holidaymakers steer clear of the stella maria apts!
