Not worth all inclusive. Food rubish.
Entertainment poor.
Pool bar staff not interested in serving.
Location, handful of supermarkets.
Booked room with king sized bed, got two singles pushed together.
Brochure very deceiving, would not go back again.

My first experiences were terrible dissappointing. They claim on their site they are in a pine forest. In fact, the forest is about 100 metres far away (when I asked, they answered "there are some trees around").
The hotel is located practically on the (dusty) main road.
I expected a 4 stars hotel, as they claim on their site. Instead, I found torn carpets, extremely dirty chairs in the dinning room, a small room having a very small bathroom with a shower and some grey towels, inefficient air-conditioning... A horrible sewer / toilet smell came when I opened the window - it lasted for several days.
Besides, given the uninspired architecture of the building, the room was - as many others - to a "crossroads": stairs were just in the front of the door, and - inevitably - people walked up and down no matter the time...
I asked my room to be changed and, to the reception desk, I met many other tourists asking the same thing. I do not know if their rooms were or not changed. In my case, the manager accepted to do it only after three days of requests, and after I asked either a 4 stars room, or my many back.
The new room I received was better, although still not 4 stars.
Their all-inclusive was very desappointing too. The meal was not bad, but drinks... I was forced to pay every day my still water and juice, both into the hotel and on the beach...
