arrived to be told no room for us as travel company had not paid had proof of payment but manager would not accept this he would not accept that the problem was with travel co and them not us did contact travel co said they had paid did stay at this hotel for 10 days of our holiday but left as manager making life very difficult shouting at us all the time in front of other guests did say brits nothing but trouble. Hotel itself not the best pools freezing even in middle of august, food okish, rooms dreary had to go through childrens bedroom everytime wanted toilet not ideal and no air con in childrens room, entertainment was awfull this could be nice place if they didnt use cheapest of cheap in everything, if you wanted a snack it was either hotdog or toastie no plate not what you would expect for a 4star hotel. would never recomend this hotel has to be the worst holiday we have had.

i went to aegean view hotel and i think the hotel rooms were terrible, i got there and me and my family were took to a room no were near the complex, we arrived at the hotel at 6 oclock in the morning and we were tired so we all wanted a sleep so we fulled off the sheet and they was blood all over the sheets so my wife was crying because we worked hard to get the money for this holiday, so we got moved to a room on the complex and the room was very diffrent clean a nice view, the sheets were very clearn, the bar man were very nice mike and adrease to nice men, the pool was brilliant, the sun was lovely, the staff were nice to us, we didnt really like the food, it was like what you get at school, i dont think this hotel should be all inclusive because the food was horrible, alls the kids were eatting was the chips everynight, we were self catering more than all inclusive, we went down to kos town very nice place, they was lots off very nice bars such as the blues brothers, the four roses bar and so on the food was very nice down there such as the pizzas, i returned from my holiday on the 4th september 2008.
