The brochure says 2 mins from beach? yes maybe if you was Linford C :)more like 7 mins.
Breakfast was great lots of choice and quantity.
Nice and clean but downside was paying 10 euro per day for air con in August? turn left out of hotel and thats where all shops etc lead to beach and the sea front.
Owner loves to try and sell trips etc to you and he is good at it :)
