We stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks during August 2001 and had 2 rooms. The breakfast served is below standard but edible but having Dinner is an experience not only because the food but because people were queueing next to your table while you eat. The staff were friendly and the rooms clean but most are not a/c. It does deserve 3 stars though but could do with improvements.

As soon as I entered the reception I met a middle aged lady who was quite rude with all the guests. I hated it a lot as she ruined our holiday. Secondly the Panorama rep Tony, looks nice to us but at the same time really disgusting. The last comment which I have is that the headwaiter - Joe is an unfriendly man. A head waiter is there to help the waiters but in this case he makes their work more difficult, other than this the staff are very nice and friendly.
