The whole area was very clean and there were some nice walks to go on. The beach was loveley with sand and rocks.
Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants - everywhere we tried was excellent. No complaints anywhere.

the resort had easy access via local bus routes to all of the island and sandy beaches! many family bars and resturants serving well known brands of food and drink!
this resort is centeraly located amongst many places of interest to visit.

St Pauls bay and Buggiba blend together really. There are plenty of bars and eating places.
We think they have made an effort to clean up as well. There was less dog mess evident and more rubbish bins.
There isn't a beach as such.It is rocky but the sea is lovely and blue. The locals do swim there.
It is a good place to catch the bus from to visit other parts of the island.
The "timeshare" bandits are a real pain though.

The local town of Buggiba is a good place to go for the young and old alike. You have bingo halls, souvenir shops, restaurants, bars, discos, arcades, etc, with a long promenade where you can catch boats to the great harbour or the Blue Lagoon and many more.

The local beach is rocky but very good for snorkeling. If it's sand you crave then hop on the bus and go to Golden Bay or Meliha Bay. My personal favourite is the Blue Lagoon on Comino Island, a fantastic place, not much room for sun bathers but a must for the snorkeller.

I can't wait to return to Malta. We had a fab time, all the Maltese people were so kind and polite.

St Julians bay was quite nice. People are friendly enough. Food and drink are good quality and cheap.

Xemxija Bay is very quiet with only a few hotels/restaurants. There is no beach as such, only a rocky bay. Although only a short distance to travel to Buggiba and Qwara. It suited us but not our teenage son.

Not much rubbish around as it is collected daily.
Some really nice bars around the resort. Good and bad musicians. Wine is very cheap. Beach is rocky, O.K if you have got some decent trainers.

No beach, not really a resort. We liked St Paul's Bay, though there is nothing particulalrly special about it. Nearby Bugibba offered good restaurants and some noisy english-style night-life whiche were happy to watch without taking part in.

Bugibba is a very friendly town, with lovely views over the harbour at St Pauls Bay. Very relaxing to take a walk along the front at Bugibba after dinner and watch the sun set.
