Great little boutique hotel at south end of Patong Beach so easy walk to main area. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms very good. Breakfast okay, fair choice for small hotel. Do lunch and evening meals but did not try. Small adequate pool. Also spa treatments but again did not try.
