The Estrada Alto dos Calicos is a long road, about 1.2km or not far off 3/4 mile. The first 600 metres or so is also a £$%^ steep hill that I have cycled and walked up many a time!

It's basically the road between the Centro do Saude (Medical Centre) at the junction with the N395 and the roundabout after the Bus Station. LIDL is at the bottom end of the Rua Baden Powell (it was renamed from Estrada dos Calicos last year but goolemaps hasn't been told!) which is the road running south from the roundabout in the middle down towards the Avenida dos Descobrimentos.

The indoor market you mentioned is in the Estrada Vale das Pedras, just where it is joined by the Rua dos Bombeiros.

So having said all that, it might be 'near' the medical centre, or if it's nearer the market and LIDL it probably isn't really near the Medical Centre as well. I suspect your villa will be in the area just to the north of the section of road between the Medical Centre and the first roundabout.

Its described as 200m to nearest supermarket (on same street) would that be lidl?
bus station 300m and fruit and fish market 300m
10 mins walk to fishermans beach
I hope were not to far up the hill you mentioned,have walked that a few times I think going to the gypsy market.

Can't be sure about the supermarket side of things. There is an Ali Super supermarket opposite the Health Centre which would certainly be within 200 metres of some villas and in the same street which is the Estrada Alto dos Calicos. But as it says 300m from bus station I suspect it might be closer to LIDL. but if literally the same street as LIDL it would be the Rua Baden Powell as it is now called.

Ten minutes walk to Fishermen's Beach is stretching a point a bit if it's near LIDL and it certainly would be more than ten minutes walk back up the hill!
