Hope my reply is not too late? Angel de Miraflores is at one end of Miraflores quite away from the shops. It is about a 10 minute walk down to the beach which is ok but nothing special in this area.

There is public transport but I think it is a walk again to the stop. It is a nice area and fun once you get to know your way around. However if you are looking at paying to rent then in my opinion there are many better choices closes to facilities.

Just got back from here, we had a great time the complex is just far enough away from all the amenities, a nice quiet place to relax, the views are fantastic, If it was closer to everything it wouldn't be so appealing, Will be booking again for next year.
