been to belek four times now , but used transfer provided , it is only about thirty minutes by bus , so will be less by taxi ,there are always plenty of taxis available as far as i could see ,i think it will be cheaper waiting till you arrive.

Finding a taxi when you arrive, at any time of day or night, will not be a problem. There is no need to book.

Apart from hotel transfer buses there is no other public transport provided.
