Shame you've got no replies as I'm quite interested myself.

We've been to legoland before and stay a hotel which included our passes into legoland. We went for two days which we needed for sure to appreciate all that was on offer. It was well worth the extra expense.

However we want to go again as my son was young so the idea of a tent for a day or two is appealing.

let us know if you find anything out :wink:

http://www.windsor.gov.uk have some details, no idea what there like but it sounds like a good excuse to camp there.

I was interested too, so went on the site
No campsites in Winsor only 2 in Maidenhead http://windsor.superb.net/accommodation/camping.htm
1st is 7 miles and 2nd is 11 miles from Legoland.
