Have you looked at Park Resorts sites, Nodes Point is just outside Ryde at St. Helens & has all the facilities you seem to be looking for.
Their Lower Hyde site has the same things, it is about a ten minute walk from Shanklin Station or buses stop close by. I like the trains though, they are old London underground trains --- take me back to my youth---
