contacted Working Lunch and Watchdog, have been contacted by
Flame TV to take part in programme, and have recorded piece for
Working Lunch .Will then instigate court action if needed.
5. RESULT
phoned Group Legal 25/3/07 told them I was ready to file claim,and did they want to look at my paperwork first. They said validation letter did not come out of their dept and to send paperwork for them to reassess. I sent just the copies ofproof of postage and letters recieved from them. I gave them 14 days to offer me a cruise, within 7 days I have had an offer. I have chosen Island Escape 5th June 2007. Palma Sicilyy Naples Livorno Toulon Barcelona Palma.

I have only just found this site and had given up with the Daily Express!
What are these letters everyone is sending and to whom? I have tried repeatedly to contact DE but to no avail, I too was offered a cruise and then told due to extreme weather they were cancelled etc etc.
I have all my documents (offer of cruise, letter from DE and Rise Travel and recorded delivery receipts) which I sent to DE but guess what - no reply- any hope of getting anything at all from this fiasco?
