Desert trip by night

Hi,my wife and I are going to Sharm on the 17th Nov and whilst there we want to take the evening trip into the desert, my wife was wondering if during the trip we actually rode on a camel. If this is so would it be advisable to wear long trousers as she feels shorts maybe unsuitable, any help would be very grateful thanks Morgan
My Mum did this trip with First Choice, I'll ask her to post as I'm not sure of the details 
Hi ,yes i did do a desert trip but it started during daylight which was when the camels are out but i dont know if they would be at night.
If by any chance they are doing a ride then "yes" to long loose trousers as it could be a bit sore.
I would say that it was one of the best trips i have done , the food was lovely, and the Bedhouins charming. Also the stars were amazing

Make sure though that you take money with you, when we rode the camels the guide kept asking all the time after he gave us a friendship bracelet.
