Which? Magazine has named Doncaster Sheffield Airport (DSA) the best in the UK for the second year in a row.
It is fourth time DSA has topped the survey, based on over 11,000 passenger visits to UK airports, considering everything from queues at bag drop and security to customer service.
The Yorkshire airport came out top in the magazine's annual Best and Worst UK Airports survey, scoring 87%.
DSA scored particularly highly in the passenger journey such as queue times, passport control and passenger facilities. The customer score is based on a combination of overall satisfaction and how likely respondents were to recommend the airport to a friend.
The award follows recognition of DSA as the UK's favourite airport as voted by Saga customers, released in July.
Luton was named worst in the survey, with what was described as 'dismal' customer satisfaction score.
