havent been to I drive for a few years,but the I drive buses you are talking about dont go to disney,there is a lyxn bus number 50 you can get near sea world but its alot of hassle to do,better off using transport to parks if your hotel does it,might be best to check hotel if they do transfers to disney.

plenty of places to eat we always used the ponderosa for breakfast there are 2 on i drive depends where you staying,you might be best to look at google maps to see where your hotel is and look for places close...theres a link below for the i ride trolley site,,tells you on there places to go and eat and prices..

It was the Ponderosa where we used to go for breakfast (couldn't think of the name so thanks Yeltzman ). It was a buffet, help yourself to as much as you wanted with free coffee. We would fill up on a big hearty breakfast there before we went to the parks.

thanks for that yeltzman just had a look at i trolley that looks ok for getting scooter on j ust need to get to disney now i will have to use the lynx bus do you know if i can get sc ooter on there i know it will be hot but we have no car do you know what they charge on the lynx bus many thanks for your help

route number 50 is the one you need,we have always used hotel transport or taxis to disney so not 100% sure where the bus stop is,but im sure the I Drive bus does stop close and you have to cross road..heres the time table for route 50

depending which hotel you stopping on I Drive..if it's near the top i would take a taxi to universal studios,use the I ride to Sea world....and all the best getting to disney..have a great trip.

Just another point,when you do get to the parks i assume you will want to go on most of the rides,you will need to report to one of the cast members at the start of the ride and you will recieve special boarding on most rides usually they take you to a special boarding point and the good thing about it it does cut down the about of queueing you will do,im not sure if they let all your party on at same time but they will at least let you and a another on the ride without waiting very long,they do there very best even if you in a scooter or even struggle a bit help as much as they can.

Disney has stopped the priority boarding of people in scooters as it was getting abused - mobile people arriving in scooters just to be able to cut the lines. They do take you to a special boarding point, however sometimes (Not all) you'll have to wait as long as the regular line, unless you have a fastpass.

thank s for your reply yeltzman really appreciate it have you any idea the costs of taxis to disney and once again have they got adapted ones to take a scooter if the hotels do a bus to disney what sort of prices do they charge : and thank you for wishing us a good trip we are really looking forward to it

it all depends where you are on I Drive...on current prices i would say be around $25-30 dollars about a special taxi for you i cannot answer that for you as never needed it,but im sure there would be firms there who would offer the service,the last time we was there due to the recession the taxi firms were desperate for business.

if the hotel does do transport usually about $5 a person but you usually have to book in advance,and can get very busy,espically if you need your scooter you may be best to check with hotel by sending a e-mail or something..which hotel are you stopping at by the way...may help with some info..

Your hotel website says you got free transport to Universal studios and sea world so you shouldnt have any trouble with those 2 parks...also says transport provided to disney for a charge for info on your scooter placed the e-mail address for you below to contact..

you are 4-5 minutes walk of I Drive where you are,looking at google maps a few places to eat close but wouldnt say idea location for choice,the ponderosa mentioned earier the nearest to you is by wet and wild so you need some transport to get there..but it looks really nice there have a great trip and dont forget to get some shopping and free time in there...theme parks can be very tiring espically in the heat of july..have a outstanding time...love it in florida...
