I went to Fuengirola last October with friends.I have always fancied having a try at the Flamenco.The local restaurant had a flamenco show every Saturday.
I asked the manager if the group would know where I could have a lesson during my holiday.One of the dancers actually offered to come to our villa and give us a private lesson! (30 euros an hour)Not bad between three of us!
She brought her own music and we were initiated into the joys of flamenco! She was fantastic!It was a very"different"holiday experience and worth having a try at!!!

Just out of interest, which restaurant was it that had the shows on each sat?
Just had a look through my stuff and can't find the name.We were staying a little way out from the centre.An urbanisation that I think was called Campana? It was situated at the top of Avenida de Mijas.There were perhaps half a dozen restaurants around there.This one was the nearest and extremely.good.Lovely food and staff
