Hi there i think so long as you are very careful with the men, especially the ones that work in the hotel as they are very "friendly"and quite smooth operators... but since you have experience in travelling and therefore of people you will love it, so go and enjoy

Go, enjoy, take all the books you meant to read but never had time and have a great time! The number of organised trips available give ample opportunity to meet others if you need company.

Of course, some of the staff and even some hotel guests will think you are there to experience 'Shirley Valentine moments' but hey, that's their problem! Anyway, a little bit of flattery never did anyone any harm.

I would certainly be happy to holiday alone in Egypt and would feel perfectly safe doing so!

I think I will be safe from male interference - I am recovering from cancer and still look a bit scary - my hair is just like Kylie's, but unfortunately I weigh considerably more than her! (bloody steroids) It is also nearly black, and from what I can gather, Egyptian men tend to go more for blondes

I've been to Egypt before, to Luxor with my husband a year ago...I would have liked to have gone back, but my b&B holiday in Sharm only cost £260 altogether!

Make sure you have lots of rest and relaxation, treat yourself to a massage and get as much pampering as you can. Recharge those batteries. Sounds as if you deserve it. Have a wonderful holiday!
