I've never lived at the hotel but I know a lot of people who has.

I've passed it many times and it looks GREAT !
I think its one of the better/best central hotels in Alanya

this is a really nice hotelin a great location..in winter time the Alanya UK womens group use it for their coffee mornings...its open all year round ..two minutes to the Damlataş beach..tennis courts..and other sports amenities....

I stayed here a few times, it is a nice hotel. In the winter it tends to be filled with old Germans who actually "live" at this hotel throughout winter! This would not bother you as long as you don't spend much time sitting at the lobby though (they just sit at the lobby sipping water and reading after dinner so as not to spend too much money!! )
