We are going to Rovinj in a couple of weeks.
At the moment due to my blood sugar levels dropping from time to time I am drinking a glass of Lucozade a day which is doing the trick - doctors suggestion.
Is Lucozade available in Croatia - I can always get some glucose tablets and take with me if it is not readily available.

I'd take the glucose with me anyway if I were you,at least you can have them in your bag all the time,my mum always had a few biscuits and a banana in her handbag,just in case she was out longer than expected.
If Lucozade is some energy drink than yes you can buy it in Croatia. If is something else than dont know the answer.
No Lucozade/Gatorade/IrnBru.There are other (cheap) artificially colored sugar saturated stuff.
