When arranging to meet someone you have chatted to on the forums, remember that you are dealing with a complete stranger. there was massive hype about malia last year, this year its even bigger. Anyone tell me the difference between last year and this year? Anyone got any news on any new bars, clubs etc?

who's out in malia between the 18th july and 1st August? There is 7 lads and 4 birds of us

Malia will be the same this year as it was last year and next year, if they finish all the road works and new drainage system!!

what stuff is getting worked on in Malia just now Keith? I remember small roadworks down where I was staying, thats it really

For the last 2 winters, as soon as the tourist season has finished, the roads have been dug up for a new sewer and rain water drain. This winter has been the worst. The main road is one way, east. If you are travelling west there is a diversion around beach road, which is now in need of repair. A lot of the side roads have been closed. It looks like the main road will be open to 2 way traffic in a few weeks. Everything will be patched over before the tourist season starts and dug up next winter to be finished. Some of the side roads may still be dug up early season (May)

This is a huge project that should have been done 20 years ago, but better late than never.

Me and two other girls are off to Malia this year first time for us all and i have heard ALOT about it as us 3 like to go and have a good drink. Were staying in the Happy Days Apt.. If anybodyS heard of them give some info!
If you are there the same time we will all have to meet up and have a drink!!!

its all about malia, get booking as its filling up, in fact most places are taken already. Magaluff is good but malia has got more to it. Magaluff is full on as is malia but malia has the range to suit all. Also this year i hear malia is the most popular party place. Its going to be hectic.

****TRACY**** the happy days is a good laugh all the staff are great and the ferarri cocktails r gr8 4 breakkie!! the rooms r pretty basic but there fine for sleepin and eatin and always very clean ...but by the sounds of it u dont plan on spendin much time doin that anyway!! lol have fun x

Can anyone plz tell me what i can expect from malia from 1st-15th oct? Found a cool hotel but can anyone roughly guess how long it would take 2 walk 1km? Thats how far the beach is away. What sort of weather can i expect and would it still be fairly busy?
