I would think so.

stick to the west end area.lots of free drinks and offers to be had.boat trips are from 60 euro.you will see boards along prom in san an.most bars in west end are open till 6am.itaca bar long the beach is great for music two for one on lots of drinks.

if you walk round san an you might get a free wrist band for the two clubs in san an.means you get in free but must be in before 10pm say thats the only draw back.if not its from 25 to 40 plus euro a night.and around 12 euro for a pint.not cheap.
you have ocean beach in san an.again entry fee for the day is not cheap and drinks.club nights will be packed but you don;t want that.so west end it is.and beach bars
