Hi all , I would just like to share my story in the hopes that it wouldnt happen to anyone else and mainly for people to be aware . I went to the Nitya resort day spa in calangute for a 3500 INR spa treatment , I went to this place because it looked like a proper spa rather than the usual shack types , to cut a long story short , after having the facial and while i had my eyes covered , i could herr strange noises , i regonised the noise as a zip opening , alarm bells rang and when i jumped up , i found my "lovely" massage therapist with her hands in my bag , which she had moved from a chair to the end of the massage table . you can guess how i felt , it would not have been so bad if someone had snatched it off me in the street , but to do that while I was having a treatment really discusted me , unfortunatly it got worse , when I demanded to see the management , they did nothing only tell me that I was mistaken and even expected me to pay for the "experience" .I got no apology and was made to feel as if I had done something wrong , it was a truely horrible experience and if by sharing it I can prevent it happening to anybody then at least that is something !!!
