Just been emailed that the hotel we booked last year and payed for immediately is overbooked we fly out on the 5th october to Agadir we were originally booked at the sofitel agadir a 5 star a la carte hotel in morocco we only had b+b at a bargain price (hence booking and paying straightaway) never been before to Morocco, but looking at the reports there it has its own private beach and hammocks on the beach, looks fantastic, now however been told that we will be moved to another hotel the Royal Mirage Hotel in Agadir please could anyone give me any advice on my situation as I have got to let Low cost holidays if it is ok for us, we luckily had not booked transfers for us, could we ask for them to supply transfers or do you think that I am being unreasonable. I can not find any recent reports on this other hotel and the ones I have found are not particular good. Any advice would be greatly appreciated has I have not had this problem before should be kind of happy they have at least informed us and not sprung it on us on arrival, I do however think that this hotel is not doublebooked but using this as an exuse.
