Sorry I can't answer your question, but I would urge you to check that your travel insurance covers you for these activities as many companies don't.

Please don't think I'm trying to be a spoil sport as I'm not. I've twice done parascending in Cyprus a few years ago and didn't give a second thought to insurance.
