you will have no probs with Marmaris in respect of keeping kids happy and also having things to do yourself.
as for water parks there is one in icmeler wich you can get to via dolumus or via water taxi around the peninsular . excursions Jeep safari seems to be one of the more popular with families & also quad biking, horse trecking plenty of water sports around the harbour and more traditional excursions like Ephesis < havne spelt that right sorry Turtle beach and mudbaths.... what ever you decide to do Marmaris has more than enough to keep a family entertained Im sure you will have a great time...
