We are considering a trip to Poros Island and would like advice about good places to stay (with a nice pool) and which tour operators if any feature this island. Date of trip to be late June. Not been to to Greek islands before so any basic tips appreciated!

We stayed on Poros for a few nights last year on an independent holiday. Although its very close to the mainland, the car ferry takes less than 10 mins, it has a great atmosphere and good beaches. Lots of boating action, even the fast cat from Athens calls here. See my report on the Saga Hotel in the reviews section.
