Thomas Cook Fuel Supplements

Has anyone booked a package holiday with Thomas Cook and If so, how much have you paid in fuel supplements.

It is known that some other tour operators have dropped this supplement and some are charging minimal.

Any help or thoughts would be grealy appreciated.
