i got booked for karbel sun for next yr via travelrepublic for next year, have you tried emailing the hotel direct,the hotel karbel has great reports too,i also emailed the karbel sun for a quote found address after id booked with travelrepublic, and the hotel emailed me back within hours, and was very nice
