Is the weather warm enough to get a tan?also is the nightlife still decent?we normally go in july/august but want to go again october?
is menta, bells and cheers still open and good?

The weather can be good. Last year it was great till around the middle of the month certainly - beach weather. Nightlife will be fine. All the places you mention will be open.
