Sorry, not really sure which is the best , BUT my daughter + friend stayed at the SAMOS a few years ago and really enjoyed it, said it was in a great location, central and near the beach, bars etc.

Don Bigote is also in a great loaction ( close to beach and nice part of palma nova ) but I dont know the Samos. How long are you going for, when, what age of people etc. The reason I ask is don bigote is cheap and cheerful great value half board. I have stayed there before and going again in September for a 3 night break. I wouldnt stay there for 2 weeks or if it was my family holiday.
