Hi all, just been browsing thomsonfly site & came across a thing called Air text, it cost £1.50 & they text your mobile phone with all the details of your flight, ie: any delays, gate no etc. Has anyone used this facility please. Thanks all.

Sounds like a rather expensive perk to me. You still need to check-in at the same time and you'll soon find out if your flight is delayed or not. Manchester airport offer a similar service.
