I am due to fly out on 3rd Nov, discovered last week I had lost my passport. Toddled off down to Newport on Wednesday with necessary paperwork - told it would be 5 to 7 days. A courier has just delivered my passport 6.00pm Saturday evening - what a brilliant serrvice.
Well done Newport passport office.
The courier was a bit suprised when I threw my arm around him and kissed him though
