It is my 40th birthday in March and am thinking of booking a short break somewhere, could go for about 5 days, but stretching it to a week could cause problems because of other commitments. Children are aged 4 and 9, so would have to be family friendly, also would be nice to have a bit of luxury! Thought of disneyland paris in the disneyland hotel, but have been here a few times (not stayed at that hotel though), so not sure if it is really what I want, although kids would love it! Also thought about Egypt/Dubai or somewhere like that, but dont know if it is silly flying all that way for just 4/5 days, but certainly looks nice in the brochures! Have done Centre Parcs etc. and many places in the UK so do really want to go abroad. Can anyone suggest somewhere that fits the bill - please help!!!
